Pan fried Scallops

Today for Sunday lunch I made something very simple but very delicious. I used a 300 gram bag of Scallops  which I lightly pan fried in a very tiny amount of coconut oil, then once cooked I just sprinkled them freshly cut garlic chives and a grind or two of rock salt.
