Meet Kylie Stuart

Kylie Stuart  - 3 month Transformation

kylie1st collage 26.1.16

I was first introduced to Kylie towards in January.  Her husband had brought her a voucher to train with me for Christmas which was probably very scary for Kylie on receiving the gift.  However we booked in and had the first session which was new programme and introduction to new exercises she hadnt learned before.   Kylie had been training at WestWave and at our first appointment she proved to me that she knew what she was getting into and that she had the mental attitude to be able to compete and train 100% toward her goal of competition.

Our first session (if I remember correctly) we didnt set a competition date but I knew I would be steering her towards competition later on in the year.  After a few sessions with her I told her that I thought she would be ready for competition within months and although she was blown away, I'm sure she was pretty apprehensive about whether she would be ready in time. Ás competition trainers,  we have the ability to see our clients with their finished result, much like an interior decorator with a blank room.  Thats what I love about my job...   We set a date for the NABBA/WFF West Auckland Champs which gave us approx 12 weeks or less and right from the start Kylie was very structured with her training, time management and her nutrition.  I was training her 1 session per week but lucky enough to be able to keep an eye on her in the gym while I was training other clients - thats why I like my clients training for comps at Wolfs 24 Gym Henderson.  She actually didnt need alot of attention from me ever and she certainly did not seek any. She just got on and did what she had to do and always had a smile on her face and best yet,  she stayed humble no matter how many times she was told she looked awesome.

Kylie was very efficient  with her preparation in all areas from booking hair, makeup, tanning, bikini fittings in early. We did a little posing during training sessions but she seemed to pick it up very quickly.  Eventually some of our sessions went on for 90mins and we covered nutrition, posing and training.  In such a short time frame she learnt very quick, and she earned herself Best Female Posing routine at the event and 2nd place in her class. Check out Kylies Posing Routine here

During the time I trained Kylie for her competition,  she gained 3 kgs of muscle and lost approximately 6 kgs. If any body wishes to sponsor Kylie or have Kylie included in any promos then you can contact her through me on my email or facebook message me.  I recommend her 100%.
