Congratulaions to Rebecca Walsh - 2nd Place NZIFBB Open Bikini - I'm so proud of this girl. This time last year Rebecca had never even weight trained let alone thought about stepping on stage. She put in the hard work never gave up when the going got tough and it did get very tough for this Auckland Lawyer.
I was lucky enough to have been asked to share her care with Amanda Foubister who advised Rebecca on her nutrition while I helped her with her training. Awesome result..
From Rebecca's FB page on contest night - Cannot believe I came second in the bikini girls open class tonight at the NZIFBB Auckland champs! What a journey it has been getting on stage at my very first show. I could not be more happy, proud and thankful for achieving this. It has been a long hard journey but I don't regret one minute of it! A big thank you to everyone who supported me from the beginning I couldn't have done it without you. Especially my amazing partner Eru Dxvies who got up every morning and trained with me and always believed in me. Thank you to my awesome nutritionist AJ Foubister for all the guidance and support, you are the best. And another huge thank you to my awesome pt Jo Stewart who taught me how to lift like a boss. And all the girls who helped me along the way you know who you are
