Walking the Walk - 6 weeks

Well Naera and I are dieting again for a fun thing we have to do soon. We are not competing so we dont need to get ripped - not that we have time for that but we will definitely put in 100% and I shall blog my way for you to show you once again that I/we go through as many hurdles as anyone.

Yesterday I brought my M.F.... bike upstairs again and did 30 mins only in the evening. But I have cycled x 2 times today 1 x 30mins session at 5am and another this evening at 8.45. I normally run but just felt like cycling for a change.I trained chest this morning and managed biceps today also inbetween clients.Had chicken breast/kumara for breakfast, boiled eggs and banana morning tea, 1 can of salmon & kumara for lunch, protein shake afternoon tea and chicken &avocado for dinner. Gorgeous meals.I weighed in 69kgs (was 63 at mine and naeras comp last august) so i shall let you know how im going next week. Looking to sharing our diet experiences with you all.
