I have loved and admired this competitor forever. Well ever since i began bodybuilding and I have been fortunate to meet her also back 1996 I think it was.
Lenda was born in 1962 so she is 2 years younger than me. She won her first Ms Olympia in 1990 where she beat Cory Everson. She went on to remain Ms Olympia until 1996 when Kim Chizevskyy beat her. She retired but came out of retirement in 2002 and went on to win back the Miss Olympia title and again in 2003. From then on Iris Kyle took over the title. Today Lenda is a commentator for ESPN and is still heavily involved in bodybuilding. Please check out my Lenda Murray pinterest page and check out a couple of her videos that I have there also.
