My guest for today happens to be one of my best friends. Not only is she one of my best friends, she is one of NZ's top bodybuilders, trainers and competition coaches. Naera and i go back a long way. We have both climbed the each step of the compeition ladder slowly and improved every year with every step. Naera is one of those people who has a very busy life, but has always got time for everybody whether on a professional level or as a friend. I can always be assured that when time is not on my hands to assist my clients with posing or choreographry, Naera will step in and do the job and make a fantastic job of it as well. Naera is a judge for NABBA/WFF and she is the woman behind the famour Club Physical Bodybuilding events which are an annual event. She also works as a Personal trainer covering many different gyms around Auckland but she also has another job which is travelling to Thailand with clients to assist in their Surgery. She overlooks everything from pricing to liasing with the Medical team who perform the operations. Post op, she cares for them until recovered, and looks after them in every way until they return back to NZ.
Naera is still very competitive in Bodybuilding in NZ and this year we will see her best package to date. I am honored to have this lady in my life. Enjoy Naeras motivating pictures and be sure to give her the heads up if you see her out and about at comps or gyms.
