Selecting clients for my 30 days of "Gorgeousness" is a difficult one, as I want to put all my friends on at once but here we go. OMG this girl, this gorgeous KIWI chick who is living with her KIWI Groom-to-be Daniel in Narbonne - France is such an amazing person. Honestly what a life - Im jealous of her life - I love my work but living in France, all that wine, and snails. I'd seriously swop Henderson for a few months anyway.
While living temporarily in Norbonne, Nadia, trains, sleeps, trains, learns abit for her Fitness Trainer course then trains some more and most likely pays quite abit of attention to Daniel I would say. But does this girl train? She's tiny, ultra fem outside the gym but hard core as once she is inside. I's sure her friends and her family but think she is an absolutely lunatic but hey - shes my "perfect client". You can check out one of my hard out Training session with Nadia here which we video'd when she was here in January. She put on a brave face. She was dying really lol. So I was lucky enough to train her at least 3 times during her stay here.
She thought she was lucky training with me but I thought I was privilidged training with her. Thats how it goes with Nadia and I - total respect. One thing I love about Nadia is she is a listener and a learner. Everything we did or talked about she questioned, she dissected and she gained knowledge from. Especially sex and booties aye Nadia lol. Seriously though, whatever exercise or technique we used I knew she would or could change it to suit herself and make it work for her, because she has the mentality of an awesome trainer and the experience and determination of a successful gym bunny.
Nadia trains harder than hard but shes also so funny - never at the same time unless she is doing hack squats. Gosh we had some laughs during training. I have such funny memories of Nadia while she was here but one of the funnies was after she left - she messaged me saying - "So you know how I'm blind yeah? Well I'm warming up my legs for a leg session on the bike when Arina Manta's (Arina is one of Australian most successful competitors living it big in LA) friend comes up to me after and says "Did you see who you were sitting next to on the bike?". I reply "NO" "You were sitting next to Jean Claude Van Dam" Haha, I still didnt recognise him even after she told me that. So funny! Actually good thing she didnt Nadia otherwise she would of maxed her heart rate up pretty damn quick with maybe tragic results lol.
I first trained Nadia 10 years ago and she has become a very good friend since then. I cant wait to meet her guy Daniel when they return back to Kiwiland and where Nadia herself will become an awesome Personal Trainer and use all the skills she is learning abroad. Enjoy checking out her pics.
