Love to Train

I love to train. Weight training is amazing for females, males or teenagers.
Learning correct form, and understanding what lifting weights does for your body is very important for any age. Teaching young installs good technique and for the more mature of us, increasing our muscle mass helps us to fill our skin out. Hopefully I can help you to love it as much as I do.
Featured on this page is my client Robby Felton who has been training with me for almost 10 years. She is 63 years old now and still gets under the Smith Machine to squat.
